DELIVERY

We ship in 2 to 5 business days, excluding any customs delay. All shipments to Canada and the United States are sent by Canada Post and UPS. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that includes your Canada Post tracking number (Canadian and U.S. shipments).

We package our products with the greatest care. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during shipment by Canada Post. In case of damage, call your nearest post office and provide your tracking number to find out how to proceed.

Please note that international mail may be held at customs for up to 4 weeks. Under your country’s laws and regulations, you may have to pay additional customs fees or taxes when you receive your shipment.

Tracking numbers are not currently provided by Canada Post for international shipments.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept payments through PayPal, in Canadian currency. Online purchases will be charged immediately to your credit card account.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Nunamar posters are guaranteed to be of the highest quality. In the unlikely event that a printing defect goes unnoticed prior to packaging, we will replace the item free of charge.

Claims based exclusively on a dissimilarity in colour will not be accepted. Although the poster photos that appear on our website are of high quality, each computer monitor or screen reproduces colours differently.

PRECAUTIONS

Unwrap your parcel with the greatest care. Pointy or sharp objects such as scissors can easily damage your poster.

Nunamar posters are intended exclusively for personal use. No right of reproduction is granted through the purchase of a poster without Nunamar’s written consent.
